Asda rewards App

Hi,

I am hoping for some help with the Asda rewards app. I have recently got a new phone so have been trying to log in to the app but it will not allow me to as the mobile number is already in use.

Has anyone had this? It is driving me mad. I have approx. £80.00 of rewards so really want to get back in.

Any advise will be appreciated thank you.

Sounds like you’re trying to sign up instead of log in?

That is how it looks but I am 100% trying to log in. I have delted and reinstalled the app a number of times and still no luck.

it's very possibly something they can clear at their end.

Did you not keep your phone number when you got your new phone?

If you keep your number and the same Apple/Google account it should make things like this a lot smoother.

But I agree, if you're trying to log in with another phone number, it's probably best to call Asda and they'll be able to sort it.
