Chicken pox vaccine

My daughter had the first dose of the vaccine this time last year. She was due to have the second dose 8 weeks later but most places in my area were out of stock.
The pharmacist told me they would get back to me when they have stock.

They never got back to me and I totally forgot all about it.
My question is does she really need the second dose or because it's been a year will she need the first dose again plus second?

Also the reason I got it for her was her older sister caught them and was quite poorly and I didn't want my youngest to go through that.
She had the first dose 5 days after her sister came out in spots so she's already been exposed and did herself come out in about 15 spots 10 days after the first dose.
The spots only last 3 days and were very very mild, she didn't even notice them, they didn't scab over or itch her.
Does this mean she's had them but the vaccine helped so she's immune now?

I've tried to google but not much help so wondered if anyone has any advice?

I’d get the second vaccine - only one is an incomplete course and you want the best chance of decent immunity otherwise what’s the point. Wait a few weeks or so until she’s completely well.
