Help me find this song please!!!

I heard a song a little while ago but didn't catch the name/artist and can't remember the lyrics so it's a very, very long shot, I know but I really hope someone can help identify it as it was very distinctive!! Here's what I can remember:

It's a woman with a Scouse/Liverpool accent talking over a jazz beat/instrumental about all the things that she hates/doesn't like. The song is basically just her listing them.

Can't remember what she hated but think it included the Conservatives. I think the lyrics were quite political in nature and I remember thinking it was from the 80s perhaps - it didn't feel recent at all...

Anyone know the song and artist?!!! xx

Sadly not Self-Esteem - this woman talking on the song I heard had a heavy Scouse accent. I got the feeling it's not recent. It was on one of those random Spotify playlists so might be a very niche band/song but I really, really hope I can find it.

@Songstressy glad it's the one! I only know it because Morrissey used to use it at his concerts before he came onto the stage. I don't know any other songs like this one, unfortunately!
