Can anyone help me with some queries re: Ticketmaster/Taylor please?

I have a code for Dublin pre-sale tomorrow. I haven't ever attempted to buy such sought after tickets before and I have some questions.
Do I click the link in the email with the code? If I do that do I need to sign in to my Ticketmaster account?
I've heard there is a waiting room. Ticket sale starts at 11. How does this work?
I would be grateful to anyone who could talk me through how it went for them in the UK pre-sale.

Its probably wise to be logged in if you can qnd make sure your payment card is already adder.

For take that my email linked without needing a code but other times I've used a code although may not have been ticket master as used various other websites.

There is also a virtual queue you can join normally before they go on sale so just keep checking before possibly an hour. It's also a good idea to try on a few devices if you have a laptop or ipad or someone else has another phone.

I had 3 going for last concert I booked (not take that) and no pre sale code but was 50k in the queue on once device but got tickets on the one I was 10k in so good luck.
