Bra size

Hi mums,
Hope I'm posting this in the right forum. I'm in the market for a new set of bras, having outgrown my last set AGAIN (after having gained some weight recently). I've been through a range of different bra measurement techniques (at some point I went from a 36C to a 32GG..) based on different online recommendations and manufacturers I've bought the bras from.

I went to the M&S site and I have no idea what the sizes are! Sorry but can anyone suggest a reliable bra size calculator I can use for the m&S bras? I would rather shop online to be honest due to reasons of time so I don't fancy going into a store to get fitted.

Any suggestions? Barring that, if there's any other places that have good-quality bras I'm open to trying.

Thanks x

Check out the subreddit called A Bra That Fits. They are an incredibly helpful bunch, there's a measurement guide and if you post your stats they advise the best style bras. The recent consensus over there is that m&s are no longer consistent with their sizing between designs and have gone downhill massively. I've given up on high street shops and get my bras from Elomi now.

I used to be on 'a bra that fits' but forgot entirely about it since I've changed sizes a million times since having kids. I'll go check it out, thanks!

I’d recommend looking at Bravissimo. You can have a phone chat with an adviser who will tell you what size you need.

Whilst they don’t do bra fitting, once you have your size Ann Summers has amazing bras! I am a G cup and they go bigger, plus the prices are reasonable and the bras are so pretty!

Sizes vary so much, I have bras from bravissimo, and ordered another bra the same size from Triumph online, luckily I was sent a smaller size due to their error, it fitted perfectly. So don’t rely on fitting to give you the correct size, with multiple suppliers.

Thank you for some great suggestions, I'm on the Ann summers website -- Will check out bravissimo too. I have always hesitated to go there as they're so overpriced but I will check out their online store.
