I work in the public sector but am relatively low paid.
The offer in the table is a flat rate £1925 for everyone. On my salary this is 7.1% and tbh I'm happy with that!!
What happens if the unions continue to make their demands and the men 6% is agreed? That's worse for me and many others.
Would it be the % or the £1925 whichever is higher??
