Strange dots/bruising around eye, pics

I noticed these strange dots (petechiae?), around my eyes this morning. DH says it looks like the beginning of a black eye in person.

I've not been sick, coughed, lifted anything heavy, etc, so not caused by straining.

They're beginning on the other eye now.

I may have rubbed them without thinking, but do that a lot and never had it before.

No soreness, itchiness and they are flat.

I’d contact your GP and see if you can send pics to them. Ours allow us to do it through their online portal. Alternatively see a pharmacist
