What does having or not having self awareness mean to you?

Do you have any interesting examples you’d like to share on your experiences of good/bad self awareness?

Aware of your character (good & bad) and can pick up on how others are reacting to you, and possibly adjust based on that. Know what brings out the best and worst in you.

Have some examples but will have to come back to post those.

Why has promoted you to ask @SeriousFaffing & what are your thoughts on it?
