I know there are other threads on this, but I'm getting really self-conscious about this now. 😔
I have long thick hair. I have older DC and lost a fair amount of hair after they were born. I always bought into that thing that you don't lose much hair when pg so even though it seems like you're shedding a lot, you're only losing what you would have anyway but in a shorter time frame iykwim.
But my youngest child is almost 6 months now and I've been losing loads for the last 3 months or so. I have the classic dracula receding hairline, but have just noticed that it's also looking very thin and sparse lower down my temples and around my ears. I can't wear my hair down as it just gets everywhere. There are always big clumps in the shower. I'm very definitely losing more than I did the last times.
When did your hair loss stop? Is there anything you did about it? Am taking multivitamins, iron and biotin.
