Cost of an garden office including installation?

Anyone had this done and can offer any advice pls? A google search brings up decent cabins looking cabins for 8-10k, but someone told me theirs was 23k?! It was an estate agent so didn't feel could probe more into it!

Cost will be dependent upon foundations, the build materials (e.g. wood of a certain width or SIPs) and also upon type/number of windows and doors, if you have electrical connection, plumbing for a loo etc. These things can make the cost range huge.

I'm looking for a pretty simple job. Just for me. No plumbing needed but will obviously need power.

We did one. It’s about 6 by 4 with air con. Cost us just over £20k
