Walking Pad / Treadmill

I've just invested in a standing desk as I'm spending too much time sitting all day (WFH).
Does anyone use one of those walking pads / small treadmills I have seen on TikTok? If so, which one do you have and would you recommend?
I'm fairly active when not at work but just like the idea on a gentle stroll whilst doing more mundane tasks.
I'm hoping for some real life reviews rather than paid influencers telling me it's great and to use their link Hmm.

I've been looking for a few weeks now and I can't find one with decent reviews. Would love to hear if you got one

Me!! I got this one for the exact same reasons you describe. To use with a standing desk, WFH. It's been great!

I absolutely love mine! My mental focus goes through the roof the moment I start walking. I now walk at least 10k per day AND get more work done.

You can find mine on Amazon by searching THERUN 2.5HP Under Desk Treadmill.

Can I ask how you measure your steps if your arms are resting on the desk? I’m all about the data!! If I don’t have the data, I didn’t do the steps

@Thinkle My treadmill tells me the distance I've walked. There are lots of online conversions for number of steps/km, so I took an average of those. After a few days, I simply stopped counting as I could feel that I'd walks loads!

That said, if you have a step app on your phone, and keep it in a trouser pocket, it would probably capture the info.

Thanks for recommendations, I will be doing some research this evening!

Not to worried about my watch missing out on step counts, seeing as it classes grating cheese as vigorous activity..
