There’s a company near me advertising constantly. I’m well qualified for the position good work history. It’s not a big one, one guy I know looks at applications-not a team.
I applied a while ago, got an email quickly but it was obviously meant to be internal and was sent to me in error. He was emailing someone to arrange an interview with me. An hour later he sent a message wanting to recall this. I waited, heard nothing after this.
They’ve put out adverts weekly in the last few months since this.
I applied again, wondering if it was missed. I got a rejection message in 20 minutes!
I’ve never met them, nor do we have work crossover so I can’t have done anything. Anyway, I have positive relationships at work and no issues.
