Anyone else had this happen? Got up early to wait for delivery and it didn’t turn up.
Checked online and it was there but showing in my history as cancelled! I have the confirmation email and it wasn’t me that cancelled it.
I understand that issues sometimes happen but why didn’t they let us know?!?! No email, no phone call, no text message, no clue in online account as to why it was cancelled, nothing!!!
Has this happened to anyone else?
