So I have incorrectly sent too much money to someone in Italy that I have next to no chance of them returning it.
barclays are shut but their recorded message says they can’t stop pending payments. I can only dispute completed ones. Not sure if I’d be able to dispute it.
but it isn’t showing as a pending transaction. Is there any chance somehow I didn’t complete it? Or do international ones take longer to show up?
