Driving license

I can’t find a definitive answer on google so I thought I’d ask here. When I send off my old driving licence after getting a new one do I just cut it up and put it in an envelope on its own to send back, or do I need a form or something to go with it?

You just send it back. I’d wait until the new one arrives though.

Just cut it in two and send it back. No paperwork or anything. I just wrapped mine in blank sheet of paper and posted it.
