My nose hurts - any idea why?

Weird one but thought I’d ask!
it literally hurts and feels painful most days and gas done for last couple of years.
I get little spots randomly on my nose - towards the tip and edges. It hurts from about half way down and just feels sensitive when I touch it and is a bit sore. It stinging right now when I’m just sitting here

i have hay fever for the first time this year but the nose thing has been a while,

nor just at time of the month - had a juicy little spot yesterday morning and TOTM finished last week

anyone else or any ideas why?

Is it red? Could it be rosacea?

Spot inside your nose which hasn't yet come to a head?

@WhiteCatmas not always red, so it’s hurting now and just feels sore - like I’ve bumped it on something but I definitely haven’t.

@WeAreTheHeroes the spots are deffo coming out and are on the outside. Nothing inside - the soreness is also on the outside - probably halfway down to the tip.

just pressed down on the sides of my nostril and it hurts - especially going towards the tip of my nose
