Just searching for suggestions myself - did you manage to get rid? I've been using excelor for more than a year, so that's not much cop. Well I think 1 has cleared up, 1 has not.

If its been over a year you may need the tablets from the doctors, and even they may not work. Plus lots of blood work as the tablets are toxic to the liver. My podiatrist suggested Emtrix, systemic antifungal from the GP and twice weekly foot baths in apple cider vinegar.

I've been through this twice about a decade apart. Both times I went through all the over the counter medicines, creams, etc., and various foot baths, but nothing works. Both times, I ended up with the tablets from the doctor which are supposed to be pretty nasty, but I was fine with them - took 3-4 months of having the tablets for it to clear.

The doctor has said no to anti fungal tablets as its not bad enough, which I do agree with, lots has cleared up it's just the little toe and nail clinging on.
