Homewood Park (just outside of Bath) but so nice!

The Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel has a car park and is very good.

Not quite what you asked for, but we stayed in SACO serviced apartment company right in the centre, and parked in the shopping centre car park

Henrietta House has limited parking but also some on street parking outside but hours are limited for that. Hotel is right in the centre with great positioning.

Very few if any have parking. I do the park and ride. Can leave cars there overnight

Not a hotel but Oldfields Guesthouse has parking and is a short walk out of the city centre, 10 mins at most. It's really lovely and we've stayed their any time we've gone to Bath (which is a lot!)

would say it’s a 10 minute Walk to the city centre, through nice streets.

Park at the Podium car park - safe, well-lit and easy walk to lots of the city centre hotels.
Bath is lovely just for wandering. Great indy bookshops if that's your thing.
