desperate for plain lunch and dinner ideas

I have completely gone off anything spicy or things that smell strong. Tomato's are too acidic, I don't like onions or fried foods or plain potato's, but a small amount of fries and a bit of sauce are ok.

Soup is my go to when I’m feeling of everything else. Lentil soup and crusty bread ideally.

Baked breaded mozzarella with cranberry sauce and salad (I cut a whole mozzarella into chunks and literally sprinkle a bit of olive oil and breadcrumbs over the top then bake)

crackers, nice cheese, prosciutto and fig jam

crusty bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping

linguine made simply with olive oil, Parmesan and some basil leaves

Fish cake (cod, lemon juice, potato , dill, parsley).
Roast chicken and veg
Field mushrooms stuffed with rice, veg and topped with cheesy breadcrumbs
Is garlic out of the question?

Spaghetti carbonara or pasta primavera (made with any selection of green spring vegetables eg courgette peas & broccoli florets).

Asian style noodle soup with broth, noodles and your choice of vegetables and slivers of cooked chicken or beef. Very good for using up all sorts of leftovers. Flavour it with soy sauce or Worcester sauce or leave plain.
