Urgent children's DIY party help please

It's my daughter's 2nd birthday party tomorrow and we've got a church hall/garden booked and doing the food ourselves with some bought and pre prepared. There will be about sixteen children coming and varying in ages. From 18 months to 11. Parents of the children and our friends and family will be there.

It's been such a crazy busy week at work and today I feel like I've hit the wall. I'm desperate for inspiration for party games and activities. Please help? What am I going to do with these children?!

Pass the parcel - enough layers with a present for all kids.
Small piñata with sweets.
Blow up lots of balloons for them to play with
Music with disco ball for them to dance to/play musical bumps.
Bubble machine outside
pin the tail on something.

Maybe get the 11 year olds to ‘help’ with musical statues and bumps. It’s difficult with a big age spread.

Blind man's buff
Musical chairs
Pass the parcel
Oranges and lemons
Pin the tail on the donkey
Statues
Dead men ~ good for when they are getting over excited
What's the time Mr Wolf?
In and out the dusty windows

Have you room for a little bouncy castle indoors (as the weather’s looking dodgy)?

Big roll of paper (ikea roll, or spare wallpaper?) taped to floor, lots of crayons on it to do what they want with.

Cheap toilet roll for making mummies in pairs. Prize for the best.

Sleeping lions is great for if you want to calm things down a bit!

What @fiorentina said

Also maybe buy a really big paddling pool inflate it and chuck loads of those awful plastic balls in. You can take it home and fill it partially with water and the balls for your little one to play in afterwards

older kids could top cupcakes - but those cheap shop bought ones and some of those soft frosting in plastic tubes. Put a big bowl of haribo / buttons out under plastic cloth and supervise the mess

other things that might be good idea is a table with some colouring in books and crayons

and wine in the fridge for when you get home 😂
