Influential Speakers for teens/young adults

DS has got into podcasts and books by influential male speakers, which I think are about self-development, being successful in business and I suppose general self-reflection. There’s someone from Dragon’s Den and Jordan Peterson he reads now.

He’s sensible and does find it motivational and it seems to be a good new interest, I would maybe like to get him tickets to see someone. It’s also something I know nothing about and I don’t really know what kind of influences these people are.

Would appreciate any suggestions for good people/podcasts/books/events for him to look at/listen to?
