I read that this morning and somehow made myself believe I’d imagined it …

I was just reading this. How utterly vile Robert Jenrick must be to have ordered this.

It’s truly staggering. Finding new lows every day.

Even Auschwitz-Birkenau left a mural on the wall in the children’s barracks.

What the fuck have we come to? To reach the point of being ruled by people without humanity.

It has made my blood boil.

Astonishing. This man has clearly zero idea of what “unaccompanied minors” may have experienced/witnessed en route to the UK, perhaps over many months or even years, or how lost and frightened they might feel with no caring adult looking out for them.

At a push I could just about see where he was coming from if it was a standard centre, the fact its specifically for unaccompanied children though is displicable; literally no amount of teaching in my mind can comprehend it.

Or maybe Banksy could create a mural beside Jenrick's house. Something that captures his (lack of) soul.
