What *exactly* do I need in a garden hose?

Very boring question but I’m getting quite confused online. I’m trying to buy a garden hose (first time I’ve had a garden), with reel and some kind of sprayer and attachments, but I can’t work out exactly what attachments/connectors are needed and how many. Can anyone help?!

It depends on what your tap looks like as to connector.
For sprayer, A hose reel generally comes with one, when it breaks, just pop to B & Q to pick up a replacement.

Screwfix recently had their TITAN 25m.one for 30. I get on well with it. Prior had a cheaper one and it never rolled up properly or anything
