Anti anxiety devices

I am such a sucker, and bought a Sensate, which is meant to calm anxiety. It was shit and made me more anxious.

Has anyone had any success with a Calm Palm?

Bump for this, can anyone recommend one? Amazon has identical looking products (Calm Palm/Chill pill etc) but all with different name companies but mixed reviews for all and I worry that they are all fakes.
