Ladbroke Grove underground station?

Does anybody know if this is actually above ground level, rather then under?

From what I can work out if I get off a train here I will have stairs to walk down to get out of the station, can anyone confirm?

Yes there's stairs to walk down. Not sure if there's a lift but I don't think so... its been a few years but used to use it regularly.
