Can I use my TV as a picture frame? If so how?

I was in a restaurant lately on the wall was a large picture. It looked like a historic man like Shakespeare, mayhe. I don't know who. Every so often, the picture would move. His head and hands moved.

I was thinking it would be great if I could usey TV screen at home for a similar picture. Is there any way to download a wallpaper of an image that moves.

If you have got a smart tv you can find loads and loads on you tube and just leave it running all day!

If your TV has a USB socket then you can connect a USB stick, or perhaps a hard drive and display various formats such as photos/images, videos, animations etc

If not then as mentioned above run YouTube (but a smart TV would be expected to have a USB socket, though there may be something suitable you like on YouTube

Failing the above an old computer, tablet etc or a DVD player could be connected as the source
