I sold a bra on Vinted and the buyer has received it and raised an issue with Vinted, which then stops all payment etc.
The conversation is as follows, but I don’t quite understand the issue (text copied exactly from the app). I’m thinking the person has me muddled with someone else or is a scammer trying to keep the item and not pay??
Buyer: this is the second bra I haven’t received I said yes yo the first but really I haven’t
Seller (me): I don’t understand. What did you receive? Only one bra was for sale
Buyer: no I purchased before and haven’t received it that’s why I ordered yours it’s the one they sending them with
Seller: I have only ever had one bra for sale
which you have purchased. It must be a different seller you have bought from who you need to contact.
That was 14 hours ago and it’s been read but no response. I find their wording hard to follow and I’ve heard that Vinted are useless and always side with the buyer so is that what’s going to happen here? The raised issue gives Vinted 48 hours to investigate.
