Baby monitor stopped charging, ordered a new charger out of my own money, not through complaints and didn't work so it must be the monitor itself. I stupidly put an earring in there to see if there was some fluff or something in the port and now it rattles when I shake it so I've obviously broken it inside, the screen still works and it still doesn't charge so it's in the same state it was except I've obviously damaged something else. They won't replace it now will they? They'll assume I broke it?
