Confirmation statement overdue

I've changed names for this

but the company I work for is a private limited company and when I looked at companies house records this is the information in red

I have my suspicions there may be monetry issue thus me looking for clues

is this an indication the company is in trouble or just literally late filing this?

anyone know? or am I panicking needlessly? so worried I'm going to lose my job

A confirmation statement is literally just confirming the statutory info for the company-list of directors, any shareholder changes etc
Nothing to do with financial info

As minikievs said, it takes seconds and costs £12.50 I think on the Companies House website, their Accountants should have done this, they or the company will have had reminders.

I don’t think he’s paid his accountant and thus it hasn’t been done, or he’s stopped using the accountant as lack of funds and he’s not done it himself
