Doctors telephone call. How long do you wait before it is late.

Had a text yesterday to say telephone call arranged for 11am today. I know things run late but how long do you give before giving up/making contact with them.

Usually wouldn’t be so bad but one kid is off due to strikes and don’t want to be stuck around waiting for phone all day!

If it's anything like our surgery, they give you a time but it's actually a 2 hour slot.
My text message said 8.50am, but the receptionist said 8-10am and he didn't call til 10

Oh heck, thank you. I’ve gotta call someone else back but don’t want to do that because I don’t want to cut them off if doctors ring!
