October half term - where would be hot to go away still?

Would be looking at Europe not long haul.
Have done Cape Verde and wasn't a big fan

Cyprus is perfect in October, everywhere is still open, and the weather is 26°-28° most days.

We've previously had great weather in Turkey, Gran Canaria and Lanzarote in October

I've been to Cyprus before in Oct half term, it's deffo still hot.
This year we are going to southern Turkey (Antalya)

I went to Turkey (Antalya) in late October 2019 and it was still about 30 degrees and clear blue skies every day. The resort was also nice and quiet as things were winding down.

Cyprus was very hot in October last year (25°C+), we flew home just before Halloween and it was the very end of the season but everything was still open up until the very last day

The south of Gran Canaria will be the warmest and least windy at that time of year. We went to Maspalomas last November and the weather was glorious, 24-27° every day really comfortable heat and perfect for the beach etc.

Cyprus can be glorious in Oct half-term, or it can be a bit rainy and grey. I've been twice and had both! Canaries is probably more reliable if you want to be sure of sunshine.

We went to kos in October. It wasn’t warm enough for us. I think 23-24 most days. Too cold for swimming ok for sitting out.
Depends what temperature you’re after. Anything under 30 isn’t warm enough for me
