Does anyone know if you need a prescription to buy tretinoin in Spain?

@sleepwouldbenice yes as above start with 0.025% and use a buffer (so light moisturiser) and start with every other day and then you can build up to everyday.
There are loads of routines if you Google. The internet will tell you to only use on fry skin but I do tret on wet as I have no problems with irritation. But it's all about building up your skin's tolerance and also taking care of your skins barrier so get a really good moisturiser (I love Korean ones) and a hood exfoliant as tret increases the skin's turnover.

Any moisturiser recommendations?

@FannyFifer for buffering under tret I used to use Aveno Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion and now I just use it in the morning before I apply my sunscreen.
For after tret, for my skin barrier, I like Etude House - Soon Jung 2 x barrier intensive cream or Pyunkang Yul - Calming Moisture Barrier Cream. I've also heard good things about La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Soothing Face balm.
If you start using tretinoin always remember to use SPF 50 even in winter.

I buy my tret from Alldaychemist.com. I've been buying from them for years, it's very well priced, different strengths and fast postage. Would definitely recommend.

Oh never knew about this!! Do they post to Ireland and need any doctor information or prescription?
