How to keep a brand new non-stick wok non-stick?

I've just bought a new Teflon coated wok and I'm determined not to let it loose it's non-stick coating! No matter how careful I've been with previous non-stick woks (not scrubbing, not letting food burn etc) they always eventually end up loosing their non-stck coating. Any tips??

Hand wash, never dishwasher, no metal utensils, but most importantly no cooking sprays like Fry Light - the lecithin sticks to the coating and over time will degrade it. If you want to use a spray, Lidl do very good olive and rapeseed pure oil sprays.

No advice but next time don’t buy non stick - carbon steel woks are much better.

Thanks for the tips - I had no idea about carbon steel woks.

Treat it like usual and next time don't buy non-stick and season the wok, it will then be non-stick all by itself.
