One on one activities before preschooler starts school

Before my DD started school I was part of a lovely group of friends who managed to spend some of the last few weeks of term and summer holidays doing lovely activities with our DC as a last hurrah before starting school. I have met a different set of equally lovely friends this time round but due to work and other commitments seeing each other take a lot of planning and it's fairly infrequent. I'm also not already bound by school time hours. Now we're coming to the last weeks of the summer term, I'm not sure how to spend those last few term time days with my preschooler. We have one day and one afternoon a week to fill and I don't know what to do with him for the last three weeks. He keeps saying soft play (which we've done) but it's not as exciting without his sibling or friends. I thought about a theme park or a farm but have to be back by school pick up. I mean maybe he'd be happy with park or playing with me at home, which I've only just realised as I'm typing.

Anyway if anyone has a lovely idea for an afternoon or a day for one on one time with my preschooler I'd love to hear it.
