Will I ever break into IB/HF/PE with my accountancy career?

I am going to be a restructuring consultant at the Big 4 soon. After becoming a chartered accountant, what shall I do to enter a hedge fund, private equity fund or investment bank?

Wait until you're qualified then you will have plenty of options to move into a PE house or hedge fund

As an ex-big 4 trainee, you really need to work there a while to see what you enjoy, where your strengths lie + what opportunities come your way. Not to mention pass the exams. Its a steep learning curve but rewarding. Good luck.
