Just wondering what small (up to £20-£30) presents were a hit with 18 year old boys( men)?

Main present is money but would like some small things to open but not crap that will get discarded.

Have a browse on Campus Gifts or Firebox
Lots of unusual and personalised gifts.
Funny slogan tee or mug related to interests.

Really trying to avoid "novelty" type gifts. Hoping for something a bit more sustainable or at least stuff he would actually like and want.

It sounds naff but my DS loved and still uses his personalised 18th pint glass.
He’s 24 now and asked for another one for his 21st.

My DS recently turned 18 and one of the little presents I got for him was a tool box with a few basic tools in it, screwdriver set, hammer, spirit level, tape measure etc etc. didn't cost a lot (under £50 for everything) and he absolutely loved it. Probably more than his very expensive main present!
