How many bras have I owned over the years, where the wire has popped out of one side and I've subsequently thrown the bra away because trying to sew up the hole didn't work?
Oh, too many to count!
Why, whyyy did it never occur to me until yesterday, more than thirty years after I got my first bra, that I could have just pushed the wire back in and superglued the fabric shut!!

A blob of hardened glue would rub though surely?

CatsRebellion · 02/07/2023 20:34

It's not a blob, I pressed the fabric together where the little hole was and it's completely flat... The hardness is on the inside of the hole and I can't feel it at all.

Maybe it's just me, but I was fed up with throwing decent bras away and thought this might help someone else 🤷🏻‍♀️

Well I wish I had know this before I stopped wearing undersized bra!
