Is anyone able to help me understand my Cholesterol readings please?

I am in my 70s and slightly underweight.

My reading was
Total cholesterol 7.27
HDL 2.38
trig. 2.90
LDL 3.57

the nurse did try to explain it but I am quite deaf so I missed lots of what she said
