I would love to live in the mind of whoever decided to make this. Just for a minute or two ...

I suppose if you run the sort of establishment (petrol stations spring to mind) where the loo is kept locked and customers have to ask for a key it might be useful. Other than that - wierd!

A Keyring for a radar key (for disabled loos)?
