Have a look at the 'serial' podcasts. There are lots and v interesting. I listened to one about white parents taking over New York schools. Was fascinating!!

Seconding Dr death - season 1 is one of the all time greats. Plus it has a superb TV adaption! (A range of male and female victims, but victims of malpractice rather than serial killer violence)

I also listened to two really great podcasts recently by the same journalist, both on BBC sounds - the good shop brewdog and shiny bob. About 6 episodes each iirc

If you want something that isn't about murder but is a bit of a mystery try "Wind of Change". It's about whether the CIA wrote the song that was a major cultural influence around the time of the fall of the Berlin Wall. I found it fascinating.

Hollywood Crime scene is quite good now and then - lots of bizarre stories sometimes involving celebrities past and present

Sinisterhood might be good, they do have true crime stories but also weird stories which are a bit more fun (aliens, weird shiny balls, sky trumpets)
