Easy ice cream machine recipes?

As above really, have just acquired an ice cream machine (one where you put the empty bit in the freezer to freeze before using it to churn.)

Does anyone have any 'go-to' easy recipes for ice cream or frozen yogurt?

Following for ideas. I made froyo the other day with a pot of decent rhubarb yoghurt, couple of spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt and some homemade rhubarb jam for extra sweetness and flavour.

My easiest and favourite is two of those flattish (I think they're 300g) cartons of full fat mascarpone cheese and a jar of good lemon curd. I always use a small amount of icing sugar to sweeten home made ice cream but I don't THINK I added any to this one the last time I made it.

I also do a nice vanilla using the mascarpone cheese as the base - which I always do - plus icing sugar (not much) and vanilla extract and seeds
