Just that really, what gives you the impression that someone is a confident person?

Know as much about the company that's relevant to the position your applying for and also some information about the company overall.

Knowing what to say and talking fluently in any situation, while also knowing when to listen.

I would love to know what the secret is to not running out of words when put on the spot. If I have to ‘think on my feet’ I’m screwed. Just how do you think on your feet?

Don't speak too fast. Breathe!

I think I have the opposite problem - I talk to much and don’t know how to slow myself down or shut up basically! 😩 How do confident people allow for pauses and silences?!

Sounds silly but try to enjoy it - try to see it as something enjoyable. Then you'll come across more confident
