Awake since 4am

Due to anxiety ( I suppose). Lying awake going over and over something that I can’t do anything about. Arghh !!!

Snap. Been like this for 3 weeks now. Some days its 3am instead.
You have my sympathies. Can you write it out or say it out loud? That sometimes helps me.

I know what the problem is, my DH knows what the problem is, but he can sleep through anything !
But nice to know I’m not the only one up !

Been up since 3 as well, same, fretting about something I can't change.... oh and horrendous period.... DH snoring away upstairs

The snoring is the worst. It just rubs it how you aren’t asleep and they are. Keep all sharp implements hidden !

To add insult even the dog is snoring!!!
