What is this film/tv show

I saw an advert last night, but I’ve already forgotten the name.

The only scene I can remember clearly is a woman who is staring into a large glass panel/mirror like in a dance studio, and she’s about to head butt it. The last shot of the advert is a blonde woman.

I’m pretty sure it’s relatively new, and on sky entertainment but I might be wrong!

It might not be but the dance studio / mirror bit sounds like it could be I Hate Suzie Too starting Billie Piper?

Are you sure it's on Sky? Could it be For Her Sins on Channel 5 (I think). It's not a dance mirror in the advert though I don't think, but there is a big mirror in the advert...

I’m pretty sure the ad was on one of the sky sports channels , and there were other adverts for sky entertainment shows. But it may have been for another streaming app, maybe Apple TV. I’ve checked on there but nothing stands out.

It wasn’t For Her Sins, the volume was low but it looked like a tense American show. I might just have to leave the channel running and hope it comes on again🤞

Was it Don’t worry darling? Florence Pugh stars in it and there is a scene in the trailer where a woman head it’s a mirror in a dance studio.

I’m going to list shows/films I’ve watched semi-recently on Sky Atlantic or Sky Originals with blonde lead characters that fit the vibe, mainly because it’s frustrating me because your description is ringing a bell!
