Hi all!! i am stumped by my Mixergy heat pump tank and it is really annoying me!!! in the last year i have been threatened with a knife by my husband, taken him to court to gain a restraining order ( successful) divorced him, sold a property , bought a property, changed jobs and car ( for safety reasons as ex knew the car reg ) got my youngest through his GCSE's and my eldest into an apprenticeship but i cannot for the life of me work out my Mixergy Tank and it has tipped me over the edge!!! is there anyone on here who could explain to me why my tank suddenly goes from 64% to 0% hot water then takes days to heat up?? It heats in off peak hours and i boost the hot water when we all want a shower and keep an eye on it!! can anyone explain it to me in simple terms??
