Home link workers and child in need plans

I was looking for the SEN boards but they seem to have gone and the sen board in education isn't very active which is a shame as that was a huge source of help on the start of my journey.

Anyway, I have 3 kids with ehcps, all CIN due to sen and one has a disability socail worker.

Since Christmas I have fallen into a series of disasters which unfortunately have impacted on the kids. A few calls to the school and gp saying I'm going to have a breakdown and too the SW.

Then my mum died. Then dc broke their arm. Dc ripped their shoes and with a few weeks left of the year is still wearing them ( not ideal i know) Yesterday I sent them into school in home clothes as could not get uniform over the cast.

The home link worker for the child with the socail worker and the one for the broken arm have never contacted me all academic year. I am really looking forward to the end of term right now and tbh don't want to be on anyones radar. But it's got me thinking, when do home link workers get involved? Really in hindsight I haven't been coping and it's interesting that it's not raising concerns at any of the schools. Kids not in uniform I'm surprised didn't raise even a uniform note. I haven't sought out the hlw but both schools know I'm struggling right now.

I'm fine. At least I will be come summer holidays. I'm just surprised that already having a socail worker ( although not child protection) calling gp in a mh crisis and children not being in suitable clothes raises no concerns. I was really worried I'd get a call after calling the gp but there was nothing. Gp asked me if I was a child protection risk, I said no, I was just worried I was having a breakdown and that was it. I was flagged to adult socail care. I presume none of the services talk to each other?
