I have been going to the gym - mostly various classes - for 18 months. I’m getting into it but want to take it to the next level. I haven’t a clue where to start. Classes are a mix so not sure if I’m consistent enough.
Do you go to the gym alone and workout? Can you give me some tips on how to improve/start lifting heavier weights? Should I do classes too - if so what? My goal is to get more fit and toned basically. I’ve already come a long way.
