in the quest to eat less processed food I thought maybe I could make my own bread.
Can anyone recommend one? I need something that is quick and easy to use?
Can you explain the process of how to use it? Thanks Wise mumsnetters

Panasonic are the best ones. Very easy, just put the ingredients in. I’ve had mine over ten years and only use bread from it .

I have the Panasonic SD-2501WXC Automated,
It has lots of recipes for various loaves/breads etc but It has a 'bung it all in 2hr loaf' function. You literally bung in the ingredients and 2hrs later fresh loaf.

Our is a Morphy Richards and is fine but my mum's is a Panasonic and seems a bit better.

Essentially there are two ways to do it: put all the individual ingredients in the basket or buy a premixed 'bread' mix (most supermarkets do them) that you just need t add water to.

I bought a book when I got ours, granted a few years ago, that was bread recipes specifically for bread machines. It's called Brilliant Breadmaking in your bread machine. It has never failed us!

Another vote for Panasonic we've had ours for a couple of years now and never had a bad loaf from it.
