To be getting annoyed about the noise ?

New neighbours moved in. Very pleasant but they're getting work done in the house. I'm talking drilling all day 7 days a week?!? Aibu to have a word? I have a young child and would like some less noise at some point.

What would you want to achieve? Could be a lifetime of neighbour misery if they're not reasonable people. Believe me, that could be highly stressful. How long has the work been going on? If they're renovating the whole house, eventually the noise will desist, but I understand how annoying construction noise is. My advice would be to try to ignore it unless they're operating unreasonable hours. Good luck.

id have answers to those then go & talk to them, ask what their plans are. Ask for what you need? Take it from there.

I think the local advice is no noise on a Sunday. We're moving soon so I'm thinking I just suck it up
