how much of a pay rise did you get, percentage wise, and what’s your level, in terms of PQE and seniority?
Don’t want to come across as grabby, but have the feeling I’ve had a low rise compared to my peers, but the excuse when I raised it was that rises this year are generally low. So I’m curious about other lawyers and firms.
